It takes a team.
Our Mission
Building homes that the heart feels joy, the mind relaxes, and every inch speaks your personality.
Committed to communication, craftsmanship, and integrity in every build.
Taylor and Waters partnered in 2021. The partnership has been described as a “dynamic duo” in the contracting world. Taylor brings extensive field and build experience, while Waters deliver attentive client care and strong project management. They have their clients backs at every step of a project and well after final inspection is passed.
Treating each project as if it was their own home, they both believe that is the only way to build when a homeowner trusts them with their home.
Megan Waters
Project Management | Chief of Operations
Waters brings her 20 plus years of project management, client care and “let’s find a solution” attitude to the world of residential remodels and reconstruction. When Waters became a homeowner in 2020 she was shocked by how poorly contractors and trades treated her. Seeing a major service gap in the contracting world, Waters set out to help homeowners reach their dream home goals. “I want to bring understanding and peace of mind to homeowners as we construct and renovate their homes.”
Waters is hands on in the field with client and all the trades. Detailed and communicative, Waters believes projects go best when communication with all is strong.
On the personal side, Waters enjoys being a Bonus Mom to her stepson Gabe, a loving wife to her husband Juan and a dog mom to her to fur babies Bokeh and Iso. In her spare time, she helps rescue dogs, volunteers for the Poly Football team (Go Jackrabbits) and loves enjoying time on the water.
Tom Taylor
Head of Construction
With over 30 years building, Taylor brings real experience and solutions to each project he takes on. You could say building is in his blood. At 14 years of age he started framing along side his dad. Growing from framing residential and commercial projects to public schools and buildings. With an eye for detail and a stickler for “building it right”, Taylor demands and delivers craftsmanship. He is often quoted saying, “Don’t build it if you’re not going to build it right”.
Taylor is respected by fellow contractors, architects, inspectors and trades for his knowledge, experience and willingness to help, listen and respond.
In Taylor’s free time, believe it or not, he is still building! The man can’t stop. He is never without his tool bags. Taylor enjoys time with family, especially his grown children and socializing with friends in and around Long Beach.
